1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ViveReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity (such as a Shopify storefront), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ViveReply provides an AI-powered lead retention, cart recovery, RAG assistant, and unified communication inbox for ecommerce merchants. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account & Integration Responsibilities

To use our services, you must connect your Shopify store and relevant communications channels (such as WhatsApp Business API via Meta). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your ViveReply dashboard credentials and API tokens.
  • Ensuring compliance with Meta's developer policies, WhatsApp Business policies, and Shopify developer guidelines.
  • Acquiring explicit customer consent (opt-in) before sending automated proactive outbound alerts (e.g. WhatsApp cart recovery messages).

4. Limitation of Liability

ViveReply, under ViveScript Solutions, is not liable for any service interruptions, API rate limit blocks by Meta or Shopify, database synchronization lag, or hallucinations in AI generated responses. Merchants are encouraged to configure review status approvals (`PENDING_APPROVAL`) for sensitive customer interactions.
