1. Information We Collect
ViveReply collects information to provide better services to our merchants and their customers. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and billing details (processed securely via Stripe).
- Shopify Store Data: Order data, customer profiles, catalog information, and shipping statuses accessed via official Shopify API scopes.
- Communication Data: Inbound and outbound message payloads from connected channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Email, Live Chat) processed for RAG context matching and stored securely in our database.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data strictly to:
- Generate contextual AI replies to incoming store messages.
- Trigger automated cart recovery and follow-up flows.
- Sync database logs with Google Sheets (if connected by the merchant).
- Analyze platform performance, usage metrics, and response latencies.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell customer data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary to deliver our service:
- LLM Engines (OpenAI, Google Gemini): Sent context payloads for real-time reply generation (isolated from public model training sets).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Railway, Render, and Vercel for hosting our services.
- Integrations: Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp/Messenger) and Shopify API to route communications.
4. Data Deletion & Retention
