How to remove your data from our systems

Meta API Data Deletion (Facebook Login / WhatsApp / Messenger)

ViveReply is an AI communication app. According to Meta's developer policies, we provide a page enabling users to trigger the deletion of their personal information retrieved from Meta APIs.

If you connected your personal Facebook page, Instagram profile, or WhatsApp Business account to ViveReply and wish to delete your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Personal Facebook Account Settings & Privacy. Click on **Settings**.
  2. Navigate to **Apps and Websites** in the left menu.
  3. Search for **ViveReply** in the active apps list.
  4. Click the **Remove** button next to the app name.
  5. Alternatively, send an email to compliance@vivescript.com with your workspace ID and WhatsApp/Facebook profile link. We will purge all associated communication history from our PostgreSQL and Redis databases within 48 hours.

Shopify Store Data Purge

When a merchant uninstalls the ViveReply app from their Shopify storefront, Shopify triggers the mandatory GDPR webhooks (`customers/redact`, `shop/redact`, `customers/data_request`). Our background workers in `apps/workers` automatically process these webhook triggers, deleting associated customer profiles, checkout tokens, and transaction records from our active databases.
